What is Super Leonardo?
Super Leonardo is the Limited Edition version of the Leonardo helicopter. Its market rarity is much higher than the Exotic version, while current documentation says its weapons, speed and damage are presently the same.
The Leonardo family is notable for bringing Hunter Mode to a helicopter platform and for using split weapon controls similar in concept to the F-16 Falcon.
Two combat modes
| Mode | Weapons | Best role |
|---|---|---|
| Anti-Ground | Aimable explosive machine gun + 2 missile bursts | Ground pressure |
| Anti-Air | Hunter Mode + 8 hypersonic anti-flare missiles | Aircraft pursuit |
Anti-Ground mode
The default ground-focused mode uses an aimable explosive-round machine gun. Leonardo documentation describes it as having a large ammunition capacity and an average reload speed.
The same mode also has 2 missile bursts that deal average damage. These missiles are documented as unable to lock onto vehicles, so they should be treated as manually aimed burst damage.
Anti-Air mode
Anti-Air mode adds Hunter Mode and 8 hypersonic anti-flare missiles. The missiles are documented as dealing average damage, but their speed and anti-flare behavior give them special value in air combat.
Hunter Mode
The Leonardo family's Hunter Mode is documented to last about 10 seconds and provide a slight speed boost. For a helicopter, this temporary mobility increase helps close distance, maintain pursuit or disengage when needed.
- use it to catch aircraft that are opening distance;
- activate it before an important anti-air missile sequence;
- use the speed burst to reposition instead of hovering predictably;
- save it for moments where extra speed actually changes the fight.
Eight hypersonic anti-flare missiles
Super Leonardo inherits 8 hypersonic anti-flare missiles from the Leonardo Anti-Air loadout. Hypersonic speed reduces the target's reaction window, while anti-flare behavior makes standard flare defense less reliable than it is against ordinary missiles.
Why the helicopter is versatile
Super Leonardo is not restricted to one narrow weapon type. Its documented kit combines an aimable explosive gun, ground missile bursts, Hunter Mode and specialized anti-air missiles.
That gives the pilot multiple options:
- sustained explosive gun pressure against ground targets;
- manual missile bursts in Anti-Ground mode;
- temporary speed through Hunter Mode;
- anti-flare missile pressure against aircraft.
How to use Super Leonardo in PvP
1. Switch modes based on the target
Use Anti-Ground when tanks or ground positions are the priority. Switch to Anti-Air when aircraft become the main threat.
2. Do not waste Hunter Mode
Its 10-second window is most useful when you need to close distance, hold a chase or escape an unfavorable angle.
3. Use anti-flare missiles on important aerial targets
The hypersonic anti-flare missiles are the helicopter's strongest specialized anti-air tool. Use them when their speed and defensive bypass matter.
4. Use the explosive gun for sustained ground damage
The large ammo capacity gives you persistent pressure while waiting for other weapons or repositioning.
5. Remember the ground missiles do not lock
Those two missile bursts require aim and timing. Do not expect them to behave like the Anti-Air lock-on kit.

Why is Super Leonardo so expensive?
The current tracker does not describe stronger Super-only weapons, speed or damage. The huge price difference is therefore mainly a rarity and trading distinction rather than a documented combat-stat upgrade.
Regular Leonardo currently has Scarcity 7/10, while Super Leonardo is rated at the maximum 10/10.

Is Super Leonardo worth keeping?
For traders, its maximum scarcity and multi-million-Gem value make it important. For combat-focused players, the Leonardo kit remains flexible, but the current tracker says the much cheaper Exotic Leonardo has the same weapons, speed and damage.
