What is Super Tesla Tank?

Super Tesla Tank is the Limited Edition upgrade to the Tesla Tank. The current market tracker lists it far above the Exotic version in value and gives it higher Demand, Scarcity and Functionality.

The normal Tesla Tank is documented as a fast-moving tank with an EMP railgun and an electric version of the flamethrower used on Imperial and Pyro tank variants. The Super page confirms that the Limited Edition version is an improved form of that platform.
