What is Super B52?

Super B52 is the stronger version of the regular B-52 Bomber. The Military Tycoon Wiki lists its release date as December 23, 2023 and says it was obtained through the 2023 GunMas Shop.

Its role is straightforward: deliver a nuclear strike on high-value ground targets, then use the seven smaller bombs while the nuke is charging again.

Nuclear Bomb

The nuclear bomb is the reason Super B52 remains relevant. The Wiki describes it as dealing very high damage in a large radius.

The nuclear bomb takes about 1 minute to prepare. When ready, the aircraft shows a “NUKE READY” state and the pilot can drop it with the primary fire control.

Seven smaller bombs

Super B52 also carries 7 smaller bombs that deal standard bomb damage.

These are useful while waiting for the nuclear bomb to recharge and give the aircraft more sustained bombing capability than the regular B-52, which the Wiki lists with five smaller bombs.

How to use Super B52 in PvP

1. Treat the nuke as the main weapon

Do not expect the smaller bombs or passenger guns to match the impact of the nuclear bomb. Plan your run around getting a good nuclear drop.

2. Attack large or predictable ground targets

The B-52 is large and not especially fast, so line up your bombing run early instead of trying to make sharp last-second corrections.

3. Leave the area after the drop

Once the nuke is released, use the aircraft's momentum to get away from anti-air fire while the next nuclear bomb prepares.

4. Use the seven bombs during cooldown

The smaller bombs make the aircraft useful between nuclear strikes instead of forcing you to wait doing nothing.

5. Bring a passenger when possible

The pilot has no direct machine gun, so a passenger can add at least some defensive fire against nearby aircraft.
