What is Limited F117?

Limited F117 is the Limited Edition F117 variant added to Military Tycoon. The September 5 update introduced the Limited F117 and confirmed Hunter Mode as one of its central mechanics.

Hunter Mode

Hunter Mode is toggleable. This means the player can switch the mode on or off depending on the situation instead of having it permanently active.

Its most important confirmed function is target acquisition: Hunter Mode can lock onto land vehicles and ships. That gives the F117 a broader target list than a system limited only to ground vehicles.

Why Hunter Mode matters

Hunter Mode changes how the aircraft approaches targets. Rather than relying only on manually aimed attacks, the pilot can use the lock system to pressure vehicles and ships more consistently.

It is especially useful when a target is moving, because the lock-on system reduces the need to line up every attack manually.

Guided attacks

Limited F117 is built around guided attacks against surface targets. With Hunter Mode enabled, it can acquire land vehicles and ships and use its strike weapons more effectively against them.

The exact per-missile damage should still be kept separate from the displayed overall Damage stat unless a controlled target test confirms a specific number.

Faster Reload

Faster Reload becomes available around LVL 50 and costs 50K Diamonds.

It shortens the delay between repeat attacks, making the aircraft more effective when one target needs several strikes or when several surface targets are close together.

Flares

Flares give the aircraft a defensive countermeasure against guided missile threats. They are most useful when saved for a real incoming threat rather than used immediately after the first warning.

4. Save Flares

Do not waste your defensive countermeasure before the incoming missile threat becomes serious.

5. Faster Reload rewards repeated pressure

Once Faster Reload is unlocked, the aircraft becomes better at striking the same surface target again or moving quickly to the next one.
