What is Air Carrier?

Air Carrier is an Exotic air vehicle designed as a flying support platform rather than a conventional fighter. It combines VTOL-style hovering with AI aircraft support and multiple defensive / offensive systems.

The current value tracker marks it as Tradable and Special, but not as a Collector Item.

Four AI-controlled F-22 drones

The Air Carrier automatically deploys 4 AI-controlled F-22 drones. These drones fire missiles at enemy players, NPC troops and vehicles.

The current tracker describes the drone damage as good, with average effective range. This gives the carrier useful passive pressure even while the pilot is focused on positioning.

Eight AI CIWS defenses

The carrier also has 2 AI-controlled CIWS systems per propeller, for a total of 8 CIWS units.

The tracker notes that these defenses deal low damage and have very poor range. So they are more of a supplemental defensive feature than a reliable primary anti-air shield.

12-round rapid-fire cannons

Air Carrier also has 12-round rapid-fire aimable cannons. According to the current tracker, they deal average damage to NPCs and enemy troops, but good damage against buildings and vehicles.

That makes the cannons useful for supporting ground fights from above.

Air-vehicle spawner

The top deck includes a single air-vehicle spawner. This is one of the reasons the vehicle behaves more like a mobile aerial base than a normal aircraft.

The tracker also notes that there are no additional passenger seats beyond the pilot seat, so its carrier role is more about AI support and spawning than a large player crew.

VTOL hover behavior

The current tracker describes Air Carrier as a helicopter-based VTOL design. That gives it hover capability instead of conventional fixed-wing flight behavior.

The current tracker gives Air Carrier Functionality 6/10. The vehicle has a broad toolkit — drones, cannons, CIWS, spawning and hover — but several of those systems are either weak or affected by current bugs.

That makes it useful and interesting without placing it among the strongest combat vehicles in the game.

How to use Air Carrier in PvP

1. Let the F-22 drones create passive pressure

The AI drones are one of the strongest features. Stay in a position where they can acquire targets while you avoid exposing the carrier unnecessarily.

2. Use the cannons against vehicles and structures

The current tracker rates the aimable cannons better against buildings and vehicles than against individual troops.

3. Hover over useful support positions

VTOL behavior lets you stay over an area where your drones, cannons and air-vehicle spawner can contribute to the same fight.

4. Do not rely on CIWS alone

Eight CIWS units sound impressive, but their range and damage are currently too weak to make the carrier safe by themselves.

5. Watch for drone reload bugs

If the drones stop contributing, repositioning or respawning the vehicle may be more useful than waiting indefinitely.

RAP 88K vs current value

The supplied in-game card shows RAP 88K. That is far above the current tracked Gem High of 50K.

So RAP is currently a poor guide for Air Carrier market value. Buyers should be careful about paying near 88K unless there is a clear reason such as high star level or unusual demand.

Air Carrier vs Super Air Carrier

The Super Air Carrier keeps the same general carrier concept but improves the weapon package. The current tracker says the Super version gets 8 additional cannon rounds and 2 extra AI-controlled F-22 drones.

That means the Exotic Air Carrier has 4 AI F-22 drones, while the Super version has 6 and a larger cannon magazine.

Is Air Carrier worth keeping?

For gameplay, it is worth keeping if you like unusual support vehicles. The combination of VTOL hovering, AI drones, a deck spawner and rapid-fire cannons gives it a playstyle few other Exotic vehicles have.

For trading, Demand 6/10 and a Stable trend are healthy, but RAP 88K currently overstates the 40K–50K tracked value by a large margin.
